it would be difficult for people unfamiliar w/both exhausts to give an opinion based on the pics posted (exhausts are pretty beat)

i'd say the HKS. IMO, it's not really even close. The Mugen tips are pretty ugly....remind me of old school borla tips. The only aesthetically pleasing part of the Mugen exhaust is the badge.

btw, anyone have a pic of the HKS tips w/the rare & optional "JDM" foil "HKS Exhaust System" stickers? A friend of mine brought a few strips of those back from Japan back in the day when I had my HKS & DA. I didn't put them on though cuz I didn't like the way they looked....ended up sticking them on the top edges of my toolbox.

HKS looks so much nicer , Mugen tip looks doesn't look that good compared to it IMO.
