installing new headunnit

i just goit a new jvc head unit and i have wired it up and my 6 by 9s odsnt work.. is there anything special i need to do to get them to work?

Hook up the blue wire....That contols your stock amp which powers your 6x9 speakers

which blue wire.. the only ones i see is for the power antenna and output to remote for amp
