Default h & r race springs

with adjustable performance shocks in mind, what wold be the advantages and dis.....to getting h & r race springs, or coil overs springs kit. which would be a bumpier ride?

Any aftermarket spring will give you a bumpier ride regardless. You can make it less bumpy by purchasing an adjustable shock and adjust the dampening but it still wont be the same.
