Default Question for boosted 99-00 Si owners in the 10s?

How much power and how much do you weigh to run 10s? I am thinking about reducing weight without making it look very obvious - I guess though if you are making enough power, you don't have to lighten it up Thanks

It depends on how much power you are making. There are a few cars out there doing 10'S that weigh 2500-2600+ lbs. but they are making 500+ horse power. It just takes traction and a really good driver.

with average driver - and 460 we have ran 10.60 in palmdale. Traction is an issue as well as controling the power - sometimes power can be a bad thing.

500 hp + average driver + 2500lb car = 10s all day

I think it takes a little more hp, but everyone's setup is different. Traction is always an issue...

You must have a really good suspension setup for getting down the track.
