Default chipped ecu suggestions

i am looking into getting a chipped ecu and i was looking at racingchips.com and will probably do an obd1 conversion. would this be worth the money or is it a waste of time ? what kind of gains should i get from that? and with stage 1 crower cams should i move the vtec at all? thanks

The only true way to tune the cams in is on a dyno.

Just throwing a chip in there will be a shot in the dark, and may do more harm than good. Best bet is tuning on a dyno to find the best A/F ratio, timing and VTEC point.
