Default Wheels Boutique (Buyer Beware)

I think this is the correct place to post this, been a long time since I've been here, so please no "quit life", or "SEARCH!!!", I did

OK, so heres the story, a little over 2 months ago, I ordered a set of 18" Volk GT-P's from http://www.wheelsboutique.com. The transaction went ok, the guys seemed nice, but since then, everything has gone down hill, they told me it would be a special order, which no big deal, they need to come from Japan, I understand it will take a while. Well I had originally told my sales person that I would need the wheels for a car show on the 6th (this past saturday), and was guarenteed they would be here, so I went ahead and registered. Well I had been calling them trying to keep track of where in the world they are. I was told that they come from Japan to California, then to Orlando, then to their wharehouse in Miami, then to my house. Well up to today, no status on where they're at, and they're not here. Everytime I have spoken to them, they have not been able to tell me where they are at, I've had one guy hang up on me twice, when I ask if my salesman is there, they say sure and transfer me straight to their voicemail, I try to leave voicemails, no calls back, when I do get someone, they say to call back in 30 min, and 2 hours, etc, and when I call back, no answer, or I'm told by the operator that they have gone home for the day. Well, I have contacted an attorney and called Visa on this matter, I left a voicemail for my salesman that I had done so yesterday, no call today, I tried to call today, hes out to lunch, and still not status on if my wheels are even in Miami yet, no tracking number, nothing, and the worst part is my salesman is the main manager there!!!

I have spoken to numerous other people who have ordered wheels from this company and went through the same stuff as me, and one that had to threaten to involve his JAG officers (from the navy)

Once again, its not the time that I care about, I'm understanding the time, but the fact that no one can tell me where they are at, and I've been told on a few acocunts that they should be here they should be here...I think i've been patient for the most part.

Now if anyone thinks I'm being a dick for this, please tell me, but honestly, I think I'm in the right here...so just a little warning for you

That actually is my next step, now since the shop is in Miami, I'm assuming I'm going to need to find the number to BBB in Miami, not here in Jax

and see, thats why I state the time isn't really a matter with me, its the fact that I've been told that they would be here, they would be here, now no one can give me any info, so I really don't know if they really are in Florida, or the US for that matter.

Don't let them give you the run around. Who cares if every other shop has taken 3 months. If they told you one thing, and then are ignoring you totally, that's complete BS. I'm sure you wouldn't care if they said "Hey, we made a mistake. They won't be here until.." then it'd be a completely different story.

A business should be bending over backwards for their customer, especially if they've already paid and haven't recieved the product yet.

EXACTLY my point, once again, time is not a matter, but customer service is, as far as I've been told right now, my 2000 dollars is just down the toilet until they can give me a deffinate answer, and they told me it basically took over 2 weeks to get from cali to orlando on truck freight (which they can not do a tracking number on), now it may really take that long, but as of right now, I really don't beleive a word their telling me.
