That looks to be the 96-98 JDM EK SiR front lip and its the same as the USDM OEM front lip. I have been looking for a cheep one with not much luck. Seems like alot of people want them with not many people selling them (for cheeper than the $200 Mr Healtoe wants).

 

that's the oem sir lip. you might want to check out password jdm. they got the stuff you need.
