Default hesitating at full throttle in vtec? Sometime's fast sometime not so fast!

It used to do this a lot more and back fire with black smoke a lot untill i changed the spark plug wires. It still does it but less back fire.....but still hestating. just not as drastic...also my RPM's on my gauge cluster go crazy...could this be a ground issue or something else im missing? It 's like sometimes my car is fast other times my car runs like **** at full throtle...WTF?

Motor is OBD-1 JDM GSR

replace your cap, rotor and plugs, and the hesitation, and jumping are normally caused by a loose connection on the ignightor, or a bad ignightor.
