Actually it's 3.9 I think...

 

in the helms it has 3.8, 3.3, and 4 qts....im guessing it depends on how much of the old stuff was drained out.

well the engines compacity fully drained is 4.6 qts per the helms manual.....im guessing that it depends on how much of the old oil is drained out. you know if it was drained with the engine hot or cold or how much of a slope the car was on. i always put 4 in my ls and it fills it up fight to the second dot.

 

Mine will take 3.75
