Are the primaries on all aftermarket headers pretty much the same?

Exactly what it says. I'm contemplating adding a custom 2.5" collector to my DC 4-2-1. If the primaries are the same as say a JUN header and the only difference is the collector size, why not just have a 2.5" collector welded on your 4-2-1? TIA.

Nope...and if you do a search on header in the Type-R Forum you will find more than enough information from 2 different header builders talking about various designs of headers...you might want to try the archived information.
