I have a set that is almost bald. They are on my 92 CX in 195/50/15.
I was cutting high 2.1 60ft's all night last time I went to the track.

They aren't as bad as everyone thinks.

Yay. Drag racing! I've driven on them, and they suck. Period. Maybe they are good for drag racing/launching, but this person might not care about that at all.

But what if his friend spends most of his "recreational" seat time at the drapstrip? Just thought that you shut down Mike K pretty harsh for giving some good bit of info. Man.

I'm sure Mike K knows I"m just ******* with him. But those tires do suck *** IMO. We florida mullet wearing rednecks don't really fight between each other.

LOL biatch, Kenji still hasn't been to a road course, plus I think his Monte mullet would be very hard to contain in a helmet for any longer than required for an autocross.

Only way I fight is if someone claims Sammy Hagar is better than David Lee Roth!

Mullet rock kicks ***, and will be defended with the most extreme measures.

oh, kenji has a full monty? as in MONTE CARLO? lol.

i've got a picture of him using his trusty solder on my CRX. he has a tight *** light grey pocket t-shirt on with cigarettes rolled up in his sleeve, and ripped camo shorts. mullet in full effect.

I have them on my car right now, I won't be buying them again. Tey are crap compared to the 010's. My tires sqeak way more now. On the other hand, it'll be a long time before I need tires.

You know what does it mean if they sqeak more than the RE010s: The compound is harder and doesn't stick more than the others. So, the snow tire theory might apply...

I have them on my GSR. They aren't especially good high performance tires, but they will last a long time and are acceptable in the rain. I expect to get about 45-50K miles from them. So, it depends on what your friend is after.
