moroso valve cover leaking a LOT

moroso valve cover leaking a LOT
i got a moroso valve cover on my ls and it constantly sprays a mist of oil out of it while its running. it is torqued down properly and there is already a generous coat of honda bond on it and its still doing it...anyone have any idea how to fix this? thanks for any help
