I wouldnt recomend them.
Well Flux,
First of all the SUCK ****!, H&R is up to their necks in law suits here in Japan. I guess that is the reason why Autobacs, and YellowHat here in Japan are diss continuing the use of H&R coilovers. Evedently there was mass cases of the spring actualy breaking and caused more then a few deaths here. I would post the news artical but I doubt any of you read 4th year University kanji. In other parts I think they are a great brand, but for their coilovers, I wouldnt buy untill the court case is over and all eyes are on them to make a better product. Untill then, I would say Tein or Mugen. Your only dealing with your life here so I think the extra money is worth it. What good is raw power if you cant controle it.

I will say that their normal threaded body coilovers aren't the best, I'd rather run a Koni or Bilstein setup with ground controls and custom rates. Actually, I'd run that setup over any threaded body coilover unless I wanted a competition level setup (like SVWC, not SCCA Slow-2 Autocrossing).
