Default RC 310's dont fit...

Hey all. I recently got RC 310cc injectors from someone for a good price, the problem is they didn't come with the replacement o-ring washers that they sit into. So, my 310cc injectors wont fit into the stock manifold holes.... can you make these fit? Maybe some lube or something? I have heard that the replacement ones RC sends you have a tendencey to break.

Any ideas?

U don't need any lube or anything to make them fit, they should just slip right in. Since u said they didn't come with the o-rings for the intake manifold side are u using your stock ones?

Trying to use the stock ones yea, but the RC's are bigger than the stock, so the factory O rings have a slightly smaller opening for the injectors to sit it. I dont want to trim these for fear of a nice fuel leak.. if I use some lube, will I be able to "force" them in there?

Yeah, i wouldn't trim the o-rings, try lubing them up and slipping them on. If that doesn't work see if u can the RC ones.

Grind the outsides of the o rings on a bench grinder carefully.

Ill try lots of WD40 and some patience and see if that works. As for the RC rings, my friend broke his installing his 550's. Said they're pretty crap? I can't find them though, I'll have to call RC and see if they sell them seperatley if thats the case.
