Default Brake question need help??

I replaced my brake booster in my 88 dx hatch because mine was shot it had a leak. Also while I was at it I upgraded the master cylinder as well to a 15/16 from an 90 civic si. Everything was working fine, the brakes improved alot. When I got home yesterday my car was smelling like there was something burning, I found out that my brakes were seized, I dont know what could have caused this maybe I need to adjust my brake booster?? Any help would be appriciated thanks in advance.

You probably overtightened the caliper pins, so you were dragging your brakes the whole time. The caliper needs to float. Take everything apart, lubricate those pins with the high temp grease from Honda, and then torque it to spec. Brake parts especially need to be torqued to spec.

You could try adjusting the length of the rod that connects the pedal to the MC through the booster. It could be improperly set, causing the brakes to drag slightly without any pressure on the pedal.

Ok im going to try that because I did mess with it before I put it in. I thought the rod was too short and wouldnt reach the the pedal so maybe thats whats causing this thanks alot.
