Andy Knight from Knight Engineering/Iceman Motorsports
Last February, I dropped my car off at Iceman Motorsports to have an intake designed for the Accord chasis. After meeting with Andy Vasquez, we agreed on a price to develope and distribute an intake suitable for our needs. A large money transaction was made (over $5000.00) and to this date we have yet to recieve any form of intake or suitable products. Many documented phone calls were made with little results. Every phone number we have been given is disconnected, e-mail is not responded to, but the order line is still open. Calling this line has yeilded no positive results.
Andy does not repsond to any messages left what-so-ever. We have also made several visits to his location. The shop appears to still be in business, but locked up.
I am asking for any information on the business dealing of Andy Vasquez, even a possible location.
I am extremely cautioning any individual considering to purchase products from this company.
Any help will be appreciated.

As a matter of fact, yes. All they are willing to do is document the claim at this point. This sucks because I am also a member of the BBB myself.
are they not at the location in upland anymore. I now they left lancaster for similar problems. I know rpm built them a large # of billet tb's and got stiffed on the deal. Sucks becasue the product is a bitchin setup just the owner is a douche bag
You will definitely need a lawyer. 3000.00 is the most you can file through Small Claims Court, so you will need to file in Common Pleas Court. Hence, it is not a do it yourself project. You should also be able to recover attorneys fees as well. You can file the suit in the county where you live. What state is Knight Engineering in? Go to that particular Secretary of States website and look up the business name. Is should list the statutory agent for the corporation as well as that persons address. Name everybody you can in the suit, as it will make them all defendants. Im pretty sure, your product or money will be ponied up.
i ordered an Airforce system from them, and never got the item(waited 3 weeks and called daily with no tracking #). Luckly i was able to file a dispute with my bank, otherwise i would've gotten scammed.
