today i moved my car from being park for a month and found a puddle of oil by the passenger side, jack up my car to investigate and its leaking from shift linkage side and had this problem before and got the axle seals replaced it still leaking oil.some people had told me that it can be oil from the motor coming out of the main seal but still have no clue of where it leaking from.

lol, well does it look like motor oil or tranny fluid? The seal on the shifter linkage does leak sometimes. Take it where you had the work done on your axles seals and tell them youhave the same problem. They may have missed the shift rod seal as another leak source is the fluid was already tracking down onto it...or they may have goofed installing your axle seal. Either way, they should be willing to check thier work and you get your diagnosis.
