Stock ITR front shock vs Stock GSR/LS front shock
Stock ITR front shock vs Stock GSR/LS front shock?
Does anyone know the differences between the two, if any, other than the stiffer top hat bushings?
stock itr spring (is a little more than half an inch lower than GSR/LS) has 246 lb/in and stock LS/GSR has 217lb/in for their spring rates for reference...

supposedly 300% increase in rebound or was it compression dampening....?
It's been 10yrs (
) since I first watched that video of the 96spec R ripping around....
While I can't quote the exact figures, there is a difference between the valving on an ITR damper vs. its more luxurious brothers.

damn. i figured there was a difference, but not that much of a difference, even if you're estimating. I have that best motoring dvd, i'll give it a lookover...
i cant imagine the extra 30 lb/in increase in spring rate be too hard for the stock shock to handle, given many people use stock shocks on springs (of course with limited performance) with double or more the spring rate of stock springs....
