Default (VIDEO) new lisence plate OHMY12S I call it in indiana

ALL MOTOR 31 MPG DAILY DRIVEN

http://www.we-todd-did-racing....5NTQx

It fealt sooooo good to finally get into the 12s after thousands of dollars and 2.5 years of work.

that's a 12.99 @ 106
we had a 12.88 @ 106.89 as the best time, but I really slid into second on this vid, its stretched for some reason, but the car almost scooted right out of the frame!

The second is me launching on my 12.88, they were both 1.9 60's

thanks for the props,

My best time of the day /ever was:
+.0899------Reaction
1.9669------60 ft.
7.7753------ET @ 594 ft.
8.2963------1/8 ET
86.37--------1/8 MPH
12.8848-----1/4 ET
106.69------1/4 MPH

The fastest run ever was 106.89, but with a crappy 60 ft.

Stock parts:
JDM header
JDM cams
JDM bottom end
JDM tranny
JDM intake manifold
HONDA head gasket
JDM injectors
VX fuel system to the fuel rail
JDM fuel rail
Stock open differential

Aftermarket parts:
2.5" bent exhaust to power tech muffler with no cat.
AEM wideband
VAFC
XS engineering ECU (made for some other car)
INJEN prelude intake cut to fit civic
AVID Racing axles and mounts (axles are wonderful, mounts are junk)
Fidanza flywheel
South Bend kevlar / ceramitalic clutch
BFG Geforce T/A Drag radials 205 50 15 on Kosi K1 15 X 7s
solo shifter adapter on plastic USDM 97-01 Prelude shifter
AEM Cam gears
random aluminum underdrive pulley
ARP head studs at 100 ft-lbs with 30 weight lube

Engine work / machining.
removed balance shaft belt
head was at thin side of stock, had been shaved before and rebuilt stock.
We took .015 off of it, taking the compression up .05:1 (not sure if it was 10.0:1 or 10.6:1 with the JDM bottom end and US head)
so compression is either 10.6 or 11.2

Tuning was 12.9-13.1 to be safe because the AFC messes with timing as well as fuel, so I was already taking 12% out of the MAP reading!

The weight reduction was 1940 in the burnout box, but i had 2/3 of a tank so it was more like 1970 today.

Conditions were in the 70s Farneheit with humidity in the 80%s, at about 200 feet above sea level with a level track and no wind.

I shifted at 77-7900 RPM, the first trip to the 12s I skidded 2/3 of the way through second!

I feel your happiness. I'm sure it is good to finally hit the 12's. Also i have noticed all motor hondas have a huge disadvantage in 1/4 racing. If you ever compare to any other vehicle, our MPH suck even if the power/weight ratio is better, not to mention the shortcomings of launching in a FF car. Its freakin difficult, so feel good man, you did it.

Get that 60' down and you can easily hit a 12.7 or 12.6.

Congrats
