Which one of these 3 would be better?
Ok, heres the lowdown. Im not looking to start a war on here, i just want some educated opinions on this. I'm moving from an 84 Honda Shadow 500 to a sports bike. I have found 3 600cc bikes for a decent amount of money, but i dont know too much about sport bikes. I'm 6'4" and about 250lbs(i know im fat
) so size is an issure for me. Until i get lower insurance, financing a new bike is almost out of the question(full coverage ownz me).
Heres the first, 1992 Yamaha FZR 600 with 16,000 miles for $2,000
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...%3AIT
and heres the second, 1995 CBR600 F3 with 23,000 miles for $3,100
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...%3AIT
and heres the last, 1994 CBR600 f2 with 16,000 miles and going for $2,900
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...%3AIT
I really like the feel of newer CBR's but there just arent many older ones to test.

speaking from experience...if youre a newer rider the FZR will definately be a great bike if you know your limits (more so than the f3/f2). I love my fizzer, and she can definately handle quite a bit of abuse (previous owner beat the hell out of it
) without breaking.
However, the style department gives that f2 a handsdown win in my opinion. For the money i'd go with the fizzer though

the 94 f2 is basically an 95 f3.
I have a 94 f2.
it has the same rear shock tail plastics. I think the f3 will have ram air and a few more ponies. I would get the f2 and save some money and it has less miles.
plus these bikes are bullit proof if you take care of them, they can run forever and def. have enough power.
good luck finding the right bike.

i was unware of that difference. doesn't a wider tire give you slower handling? (within reason) or does it only become an issue with really large tires. like the one they put on a chopper?

If you're planning on adding a healthy dose of throttle into your corners, the 180's will pay dividends. For quicker turn in response, the 160's will make the bike feel a lot lighter.
