Under passenger side carpet. Under a metal plate. Just pull up the carpet a littel, you'll see waht I'm talking about. Although, i don't think this involves your ecu.

Is it cranking?

Thanx for the responses..
There IS spark ,
there seems to be Fuel (will try the injector spray test tonite)however Ballast resist is within OEM electrical spec as are the injectors. They are getting power, Same for TPS Fuel rail is pressurised
there are NO ecu codes
Have checked and cleaned All grounds.. and Every connector i can find (there are Lots:-)
Timings (rechecked) are as per Honda Workshop Manual.
Damned car was starting running 'Fine' prior to engine work.
This is driving me nuts.

IS IT CRANKING???

if you are 100% sure you have spark and fuel, then if its cranking then your car will start (assuming timing is within range)

Did you connect the start? Did you install the starter?

I hate to admit this but I had a simular problem and I had the IVAC and the TPS sensor plugged in backwards. Check that. Also check timing I was off a tooth. A few people have ask you... IS IT CRANKING OVER???

Sorry.. YES it cranks overnicely ..and Sparks. the plugs. no issues with starter.. just starting :-)
Will check the IAC and TPS plugs anything is possible.
Other possibles are Crank angle, cylinder sensor inna Dizzy.. But these things throw codes when faulty.. No codes evidentt.

WILL recheck timings yet again.. But everything lined up perfectly at least on the last recheck

you will not get any codes until the car starts - at least I didn't when I had to 2 plugs switched - do you have a AFVC? that is how I figured I had the plugs switched, my throttle presure was reading 0. good luck let us know

FOUND IT :-( Seems that Ierrr Somehow got different Cam posts installed as in they were not the Matched set for that head. Japanese and Canadian Manufacture are NOT the same OR swapable.
Replaced with the correct units and the drag onna Camshaft was reduced/eliminated significantly.. the thing started up instantly.
No substitute fior keeping track of yer bits during Assembly... Always :-)
thanx guys.
