need info on how to gain more mph

if anyone can help what can i do to a allmotor car to gain more mph without adding more horsepower . Any suggestions.

you'll need different gear ratio and also the type of tire size your sticking with the biggest factor is the weight of the car and drive.

defusers(sp?)work or you can cut some big holes in your back bumper
