What size collector with 2.36 exhaust, should i go big or small.

What size collector with 2.36 exhaust, should i go big or small.
I have a 2.36 inch exh (greddy sp2) and was wondering if i should get a header with a 2.0 or 2.5 inch collector. i will be getting a high flow cat as well.
my motor is stock with just an intake. and if i have to get a 2.5 exh. what are some options. thx

oh sorry. i have a b18c1 engine.
if i get a 2.5 it will be bottle necked. and a 2.0 will be the opposite. idunno what to do.
