i just bought replacement rear seat belts for my integra. i put the seat belts in but they are locked as if the brake were being held down but the brake is not held down. please help me out. i need to know how to make the seat belts unlock so i can fully install them.

 

i had this problem with my sol belts. I belted the top part in, then it unlocked itself. I donno it it was the angle or what, but i spent half hour mesing with them, said screw it and bolted em in, then they worked
