I just installed Tein S-Tech springs on my '00 Civic Si tonight. Took it out for a spin after, and I was surprised how improved the handling is, yet ride comfort is near stock. You'll like the springs - despite what some people might say.

As for what shocks. Either should do a good job. Go with whichever you want, or whichever you can get for a better deal.

milan, are you still running factory shocks with the Tein S-Tech springs? I just picked up the same springs for 00 Civic and will be installing them first thing tomorrow.

Thanks

my brother had s techs on his da he loved it, but as far as struts go i think you should go a different direction that the blues, i have heard that with a drop around 1.5-1.75 the blues are good, but lower than that not good, the struts are not made for being set on that pressure of being so low..... go with the white.. the illumina
