If you have the HF, you will need different knuckles/axles/ecu. I'd upgrade the si or zc tranny. goto http://www.hybrid.honda-perf.org and click on 4G Tech. Should help you out.

If you use an Si trans and Si axels and whatnot, you'll only really need a top rad hose, and then of course the normal maintenance items you want to replace. Also, if anything is broken, you'll need to fix that obviously.

If you plan on using the ZC top part of the exhaust manifold, you can use a 92 - 95 (maybe 01) civic Si or EX lower piece. For the top rad hose, just get an 84 accord hose or an 89 teg hose, and cut it to fit.

Figure out which trans you want to use, and that will tell you what else you need. Don't use the ZC, use the Si (my opinion).

You do not have to change out the knuckles and hubs to do a ZC swap even if you use an Si tranny. All that you have to do is use the HF axles. Granted it is not a bad idea to change this stuff out just so you get larger brakes on the front but it is not necessary. You will need to change ECU's. Go with either the Si or the 88-89 teg.
