Default 00 Civic with H22 swap, whats next?

Hello, I have a honda civic with an h22a JDM swap. I have Cat back exhaust, headers, fuel pump, clutch, hybrid intake, gas shocks and a short shift kit. I have a few questions.

1.) It seems my speedometer reeds a few miles per hour faster then i am really going. How do i fix it?

2.) I govern out at about 120...thats a problem considering i can hit that in 4th gear, how can i change that besides i a chip because i know if i get a chip and add on more parts the chip is only programmed for what i had when i sent the chip in.

3.) What should be my next upgrade?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, even though i did the swap myself i am still a newby to most of this stuff and honda tech helped me throught the swap so I am hoping it will help me now. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

well, 120 is really fast on the street so I hope your car is a tarck car if your saying you hit 120 in 4th, I hope your not one of those ricey kids that think they're hardasses by doing ricer flybys on the highway. It depends on the wheel size your running on te car along with is the speed sensor is working right. And your next up[grade, you should decide on your own what you thikn your car needs. But consdiering your prolly running a single core rad, I would look into some of those.

I have the hybrid intake too I love it. Is your crazy loud? Cats on the highway think i have something crazy done to my car.

1.) It seems my speedometer reeds a few miles per hour faster then i am really going. How do i fix it?

My car does the same thing. What size tire are you running? I am running 205 50R15 I beleive preludes came with 16s stock so that could be throwing it off the speed sensor. When i'm going like 50 i'm really doing like ~47

2.) I govern out at about 120...thats a problem considering i can hit that in 4th gear, how can i change that besides i a chip because i know if i get a chip and add on more parts the chip is only programmed for what i had when i sent the chip in.
Mine does the same thing but I'm removing the speedo and bumping up the rev limiter a little bit. I wouldn't buy one of the "SPOON / SKUNK2 ETC" chips in all reality they blow.

3.) What should be my next upgrade?
Possibly a good pair of headers and a 2.5 inch exhaust. I have neither on my setup and its killing me inside. Like GreyDel said a radiator upgrade is a good idea.

Yeh I guess but they tend to run a little rich no matter what. No matter what it'll help, I just prefer running near stock fuel settings with slightly advanced timing.
