Would someone buy this civic please!!!
I took a hard look at this thing when i was in atl earlier this year - it would make a great track toy, but it would get murdered in ITS and there isnt a whole lot of HC H3 interest, as well as the "grand am spec" cage. He had given me a price of $6500 but I get the impression that if you showed up with cash you have some bargaining leverage on this.

How on earth could they have "over $20,000 invested" in that thing? Bought a stripped car at auction, put in a cage, assorted suspension bushings, and a few control arms plus have a Mugen computer and a few other bits and pieces. No wheels, no shocks, no springs, no seats, no belts, no header or exhaust, no intake. Given how incomplete the car is, I would say the starting price of $4k is about right. Too bad it has no competitive place to play. It could be a decent parts car for a SSC driver who already has a Civic. The drivetrain and body parts are probably worth that much to them.
too many unanswered questions. I hate the guessing game BS in for sale ads.
I e-mailed the dude for further details and got a big-fat nuttin' in return. I guess I was more curious than anything. I now understand why its been 4-sale for 4 plus years.
Still 4 grand and zero bids... big freakin' suprise there.
Good luck with that.....
