1. what motor mounts to use?
2. what wiring harness to use?
3. what else would i need?

It bolts in with your stock motor mounts
You can use the hf harness
Replace wear and tear items:
Clutch
Water Pump
Timing Belt etc

i dont think it bolts on to your stock motor mounts. We tried to do that swap a long time ago on a CRX and the bolt holes do not line up. One of them is a little off. There is a motor mount bracket on the motor side (driver side) that looks sorta like an " L " that has 2 bolts and one of those two bolts goes in with no poblems. The other one will not align. You will probably have to use a drill and make the whole on the braket bigger to allow the other bolt to go through and be able to thread. You might wanna do some more research before you take the engine out unless this isnt your daily driver.
You will want a transmission not the HF transmission. If you use the ZC transmission with the ZC Differential you will need different axles and hubs.<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by ALLMOTORCRX20 »</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">i dont think it bolts on to your stock motor mounts. what about the a/c?
and also what about like the starter? the swap i am looking at doesnt come with one?

why, is the ZC tranny have a different gear set-up? but will the hf transmission work tho? it is just going to be my g/f i just figure it will be cheaper and more reliable to just put this one in and not try to fix the other one

Stock mounts will work, providing you buy it for the right gen.
IT does have a different setup, and different spline count for the shafts I beleive.
I did lot of research on this back when I was considering getting one, but went B series. Theres alot of mixing and matching of parts for the ZC that I didn't like.

Radiator hoses, timing belts, axles, all the small misc. crap. Theres a list on a zc forum that lists exactly what you need to do the swap, part #s and all

No.
The 87-90 JDM Honda Civic SI had the DOHC ZC. (If I'm correct, it's 87-90 because they get generation changes a year before we do). The 86-89 USDM integra had the d16a1, often called the usdm ZC. It will NOT bolt in. Some things, like water pump and starter, etc, are for the 88-91 civic SI. The timing belt I believe comes from a '90 prelude 2.0 or something. And I believe the radiator hoses might come from the 89 integra. Not sure about taht last one, but I think the alternator belt also comes from the 88-91 civic. I'll do some searching and find a list, because I know I had one. I have part numbers of everything I used, so if you need them p/m me or something.
Also, the HF transmission will bolt, but that takes alot out of the DOHC ZC with those long gears. I would do the ZC tramsmission with the 90-93 integra axles and halfshaft. It's worth it. I had to change out my hubs also, because some previous owner had switched them th HF ones, and I just found a parts car and did it.

so you just did one of these swaps? will and crx si tranny mount up or would a b16 si tranny work? i mean i really dont know **** about this thats why i am tryin to find all this out thanks for the help everyone and keep it coming!!!
the ZC is a D-series, so NO, a b16 tranny will not bolt up. A CRX-SI transmission is rumored to be better for acceleration on a ZC than the actual ZC tranny, and yes it bolts up. A friend of mine on this forum Nelsmar with a boosted ZC is running the SI transmission. I am personally running the ZC and I get less torque steer than he does.
Any d-series transmission will bolt up. i even bolted up the 4 speed manual from a d15b1 (70 HP civic standard) when I first got my engine but thats a long story. My point is that it does work. **As long as the transmission and engine years match up (ex. an 88 transmission with 21 splines on the shaft and an 89 engine with 20 splines on the clutch will not bolt.)
