They won't fit the NSX. The offset is WAY off (45 mm vs NSX front 55 mm and NSX rear 60 mm). And the center bore will only fit on the NSX rear (64 mm) not on the front (70 mm).

Center bore's the big issue. Most aftermarket wheels for the NSX have a non-factory offset.
