Default SWAY BARS SI IN DX (CRX)

I will be soon doing a B18C swap. But if i am looking to buy sway bars would I just get them for an SI even thought i have a DX? Also will that apply to anything else I need?

if you order a ST kit you won't need to worry about your rear LCAs any other kit you do because the DX doesn't have mounting for them.

honestly my pick would be ST rear and OEM front.

ST mounts diffently so no need to change everything
I feel you have better steer feel with OEM front and aftermarket rear.

bigger front seems to slow steering I feel.

I see and with no power steering I don't need it to be slower. Thanks for the info.

Front
DX and Si are the same 18mm Solid
HF is 17.3mm Hollow

DA (Integra) will fit. 22mm Hollow

Rear
Si only has rear swaybar.

DA rear swaybar is actually smaller, just a bit.

i just recently replaced my Si front swaybar with the DA front swaybar. I'm actually very happy with the way my front end feels. I did notice a bit tighter steering, however, i also adjusted my steering rack gearbox at the same time, which directly affects steering effort. i drive my car on the street pretty much exclusively. my autox and road racing days are behind me at the moment. so i only care how it drives on the street.

before i put the DA front swaybar in, i had only a 22mm Mugen rear sway bar with stock springs, i always felt the front needed to be a bit more stiff. the DA swaybar did just that. i like it. maybe ill go back put in my HF bar just for kicks. but im so happy my front end is just solid, no clunks thanks to fixing up my steering rack.

if you are interested in swaybars. i would only get the ST rear swaybar. the front is way too thick at a SOLID 22mm. my DA 22mm swaybar is hollow, so its not as heavy (actually lighter than my Si bar) but still stiffer, but not as stiff as it would be if it were completely solid. So if you want to stiffen your front, you already have OEM options, much cheaper. just get a rear bar.

So my best bet is to just go to the junk yard and pick up a DA sway bar front and ST back and maybe use UR bushings? Will it hurt if i just get the DA one for now? And will it bolt right on or will I have clearance problems?

http://www.summitracing.com

Cheapest place to get a ST sway bar.

I just bought mine. Fast shipping and I think i paid about ~$135 shipped for the rear. It comes with everything you need.

Ok, went to the yard and lucky me i found a 93 DA and the motor was already pulled and the left the sway bar in the car. I'll be hooking up the sway bar as soon as i get the UR-bushings. What about the end links? I left them there are the CRX ones gonna be ok? I think i can get urethane ones but I'll have to ck.

And one more thing, this trip turned out to be a good one. Maybe the best yet. I saw a red CRX and something caught my eye. A black and gray reclaimable corbeau seat with slider. ($25.00) and it only has a few rips on it. It's the A4 i think. $85 for the new cover.

you can reuse the endlinks. you should have gotten the rubber bushings wit the swaybar... what are "UR" bushings?

^ YES^, sorry urethane. I did get the ones that hold the bar to the body just not the end links. I'll be replacing the middle ones with urethane.
