Will an SI header fit on an S? (4th Gen)

I have a 96 Prelude S (sohc), and my friend has a header for an SI that he's gonna give me. He said it'll fit... Will it fit?

The accord headers would work. WIth the f22a

The top of the header will not mount to the head.

Actually it should. The exhaust manifold patterns on the F22 and H23 are pretty much the same.

The header length may be different on the different cars, though, so the exhaust may not bolt right up.
