Duct tape method of fitting Coilover sleeves to shocks? Suggestions needed.
Hey guys,
I have some Underground racing coilover sleeves that are going to be going on some tokico 5 ways however since they aren't shock specific they have a bit of play on the shocks. I read somewhere on here that the rubber Orings that come with the kit would help with that which they do to some extent, however theres really no way to keep them in place. I read another method of putting Duct tape on the shocks to keep them in place, which would also keep the O rings where I wanted them. I know Duct tape is great however it doesn't seem like something I owuld want to use on my suspension. I am looking for some suggestions here on how you would go about doing somehting like this. Also the kit came with two metal rings that fit on the bottom of the sleeve, but do those go on the front or back shocks? Thanks a lot guys, Matt
