Has anybody successfully removed the front impact beam and rigged up the bumper as to where it won't sag? My intercooler won't fit with it cut either

 

i'm into that same problem, i'm without it at the moment but the only option i see is cutting out the space for the IC to fit in.

i'm just hoping that its not to high as to take out the holes to mount the bumper cover back on.
