FS: 1996 Civic LX sedan, dark green/beige, 240k miles, 5 speed
Selling a 1996 Honda Civic LX sedan with 5 speed transmission. Price is $2500. Not in a rush to sell (especially with gas prices the way they are these days) so please do not low ball me.

Details:
Clean carfax, and I am the third owner. First owner had the car until about 30k miles. Second owner had the car until 220k miles. I've had the car since then. I need to sell because I need to upgrade to a larger sedan with automatic transmission.
Has 240k miles. Previous owner had a 90 mile daily commute, and I had to drive 300 miles every weekend this summer in addition to four roundtrip commutes from Chicago to New York. So basically, all highway miles. Car is still on its original clutch, if that gives you any idea how it was driven.
The car has a dark green exterior and a beige interior. Original factory headunit with Honda OEM accessory cassette player. FM-modulated CD changer in the trunk. All accessories such as air conditioning, power windows, locks, etc work.
Car still gets 30-40 miles per gallon. The previous owner and myself keep detailed records of mileage at every fill-up - I can provide an Excel spreadsheet to the buyer detailing brand of fuel, octane grade, gallons, price per gallon, and miles per gallon.
Maintenance:
Oil changed by me at Honda dealer about every 3500 miles. Previous owner used high mileage oil service at Jiffy Lube every 7500 miles. Major service done by Honda dealer. All services are documented. Timing belt and water pump was done at about 200k miles, newer catalytic converter, axle seals. Maintenance-wise, it's up to date except for loose exhaust piping (was done by a shop, not Honda).
Car was never wrecked, but previous owner slipped in snowy conditions into a fencepost. Caused damage to front bumper and headlight. Headlight was replaced, front bumper was duct-taped up in section where it was ripped. All body panels still have original paint and still shines. Minor dings and scratches from the parking lot.
While in my possession, I have washed and waxed it every two weeks or so. If you replace the front bumper, the car would look as good as new.
I'm replacing the distributor this weekend.

Pictures will be up after this weekend.
