alright i have a 91 civic hatch with a B18A in it.. when i first bought it, it had the wrong ecu.. something was wrong with the idler.. and also a cracked mounting point... i got it fixed and paid 1075 in repairs... the mechanic said the sensors were off and he had to fix them.. i was just wondering if instead of paying him 180 bucks to fix the sensors maybe he could have just put in the correct ecu?? im also planning to sell the car... how much do you guys think it would go for??

the good:
racing springs
stage 2 clutch
140k+ on LS engine
primered
shaved side bumper

the bad:
vibrates a lil when going into high rpm
needs some body work
needs paint
needs headlight bulbs replaced

 

It is worth about as much as the pic you posted.

its ONLY saving grace is a b-series motor...other than that its a road-toilet. 5-600 MAX

 

i would just keep the car and get your money worth for the repairs done....

j/k, I wouldn't give more than 700 for it. Rust is the main issue we have here, but that thing is a mess.

 

it really is a beat up mess, I'd give round $300 max for just the b-motor.

 

since it is running i would give 650 no more...reason? because the person that buys it cant do **** with it. itll be just a faster beater
