Default Do you HAVE to revalve Tein's when using a spring rate other than suggested?

I currenty own the Tein SS and the recommended spring rate is min/max of -/+ 2kg's. What actually suffers? Is the shock prone to damage if a spring rate MORE than recommended is used? OR is it just drivability that suffers?

I honestly do NOT care about how the ride will be, just as long as I can use different spring rates.

So, what I'm getting at is, am i able to use different spring rates without getting my shocks revalved?

PLEASE let me know!

Thanks!

You don't have to do anything. A shitty ride doesn't mean a better handling car.

i'm not looking for a better handling car, it's for a drag race application

depending on how high you go, the shocks will just be underdamped...just like any other shock that gets underdamped, the results are the same
