I think the logic here is to do one installation, instead of taking it apart each time. I am going with JDM FD + Spoon or Toda flywheel + new OE clutch. I'm not making enough HP to justify getting a stiffer clutch at this point.

You have three options:

1) do the flywheel
2) do the FD
3) do them both

The choice is up to you but option 3 is the best!

The final drive will have no effect on your clutch.

Don't need the clutch to have the flywheel. My friend has the JDM final drive with GSR 5th gear, Comptech lightened flywheel, and an Excedy clutch. It is a very nice setup. The clutch was definitely an improvement over stock as well. Hope this helps.

Mind you my clutch is starting to feel a wee bit soft at 22,000 kms... so a clutch upgrade is a good idea while you are in there..

I'm doin my FD and FW next Tuesday. I currently have 17,500 miles on the Odo. I will drive the stock clutch till it wears out, then I will install another stock clutch. But, I am not doing a clutch when I do the FD and FW, since I don't need one and as someone else posted already my HP/TQ does not warrent a more HD clutch, plus I like the way the EOM/ITR clutch feels anyways.

AT least do the Final drive/Flywheel combo first. If you're feelin' poor then do the clutch later if your's is still in good condition. But the Final Drive and flywheel will make a noticeable difference! Go with SPOON/TODA for clutch and flywheel can't go wrong with either!
