update on 2nd page w/ pics
i haven't finished diagnosing everything. i know there is oil in all four of the cylinders, possibly a blown headgasket????? but what do ya guys think happened here?

skunk2 manifold

This happened in 5th gear going about ~45-50 mph on the highway.

i think obd0 fuked u, u needa hurry up and trade that motor off sucka and go with obd1 like i always been telling u.

 

You dropped a valve, pull the head off and you will see atleast 1 destroyed cyl

 

yup def a valve.. piston is toast too

I dont think your car would run if all four of your plugs looked like the one in the pictures.

That's not detonation, that's a valve head bang'n around in the cylinder. Hopefully you didn't crack a sleeve too.

Look at how the spark plug was damaged.

I have seen a motor that dropped valves in all four cylinders (exhaust cam slipping), I was there when the spark plugs were pulled out. I pulled the head off and saw what kind of marks each cylinder had.

A valve bouncing around in a cylinder doesn't tend to chew up material in that fine edges.

Remember that detonation can put holes in pistons, crack ringlands, break valves off, and yes damage spark plugs
and yes.. once a chunk of the spark plug is knocked off it too will bounce around the cylinder causing damage. However with a smaller and weaker chunk of metal, it will leave smaller grooves and indentations.

I have dropped a few valves personally and the plugs look allot like that. Time will tell
