what is obd1 p30 ecu redline?

i have a 92 civic with a b16a swap. i put in the knock sensor and everything with no check engine light. yet every time i puch it my p30 ecu will bog out at 7500 rpms. could it be a fuel problem? is the ecu suppossed to redline at 7500? any help would be nice. thanks

ok wtf. this has to be wrong.
1. redline does not equal fuel cut.
2. redline is not 8900
on the jdm b16a sirII it is 8200 rpm
the fuel cut is something like 8349 rpm if i remember correctly.
3. oem tach's are alwasy off like some 1 noted.
4. usdm b16a2 has something like 8000 rpm redline.

u think it could be a problem with the furl pressure regualtor or somethin like that. cuz my car stops when it hits 7500rpms and my motor itself should run good no check engine light
