Default problem with brake/dash lights (92 eg dx)

Ok this is probably a stupid question but my brake lights decided to stop working randomly like 2 days ago...I have no idea why so I went to check the fuses and as it turns out there was a 30A in the tail light spot where it should have been a 10A...But they were still working with the 30 in, prior to that.

Is there another fuse in the trunk for tail lights or could this just be some faulty wiring?

The car had a ZC put in last summer and the dash lights have also not worked since, apparantly the dash and tails also share the same fuse in spot 19. Any help is appreciated!

I would check all fuses (underhood and under the dash). Also you may want to check all bulbs and all grounds for the taillights.
