i dont want volks because they are wicked bad jdm i want them because they look great and are good quality.

i was thinking of getting circle racing wheels, but they arnt very stylish.

they were a little less than 600 per wheel

i assume the volks would be more

can you guys reccomend any american companies who custom make racing wheels that are light

if nothing else, i will just go with the circle racing wheels.

I wouldn't fall for the 60-90 day thing!!!!

I custom ordered a set of Volks for my 2003 Cobra mustang.... they finally arrived after 5.5 months (about the time i was ready to sell the mustang).

They even arrived drilled wrong. the holes were too small and the studs wouldn't fit through them....doh!!!! but the point was....i was told 60-90 days also, but it turned into almost 180days.

you are not able to get 100% what you want... but they will work with you.... call up evolution.. they have the best contact with them on making proper offsets for s2000 wheels..... volk usually WILL NOT make only one set of wheels at a certain offset.. they usually want 4+ sets before they make them...

VOLK turns into a 6 month min wait no matter what...thats what happened to me...everything is regulated by machines...unless your a race team, you gotta wait a while

not all volks looks good on an s2000

 

I looked into a custom setup of Ce28s last week. I talked to 3 different suppliers, or which 2 go through Makin and the other outside the US. They all told me that custom setups are running 6-8 months. So, if you order them now, don't plan on getting them until spring. There are 1 or 2 members on s2ki that can attest to that fact. I know a guy that ordered mag blue CEs in February and still doesn't have them!

The offsets kinda suck that they offer for the rear. You gotta either roll the fenders or go with like a 235 or 245 rear tire instead of the common 255.
