What do you think about this header:

What do you think of this header? What kind of power gains will it give me? I want something that will give me low and mid range tourqe. Am I looking at the wrong header?

i thought 4-1 is good for high end torque. i think 4-2-1 is what your looking for, i know there good for mid range.

Right on. 4-2-1 for your mid-range power.

 

what kind of car/motor do you have? if you have a built DOHC 4-1 is awsome if you have a single cam or stock internal DOHC i would go with 4-2-1! if you need a hook up call me 205-943-7949 AutoLabz

I have a stock B18C1 with a short ram intake.

 

looks good but go 4-2-1 but its ur car so u make the choice

Should I get Ceramic coated or Stainless steel?

 

stainless imo...if its good quality it shouldnt rust like the ceramic..ceramic might start to rust iaround the welds n cracks because its pourus...but ceramic does disipate heat better... go with whatever you would like better..but i would go with stainless
