I have a 1988 Civic Hatch Std, and I have removed the back seat and rear carpet area due to "family issues" that I would rather not get into. I am looking to complete the interior WITHOUT a back seat but make it look clean. Would I be able to install the personal lockbox and rear shelf from a CRX into my hatch without problems, or would it require more work than just placing custom carpet covered wood panels in it?

 

Does anybody have any suggestions or advice?

 

wont work the HB back seat area is larger than the area for the lock box on the crx.

 

That sucks . I wonder what I could use to fill the space the box wouldn't cover if I could even do that...
