I was the official beer sponsor of the American Medical Response Saturday night.
The mechanics were rebuilding after a crash, and after ninja-ing myself into the paddock after dark they let me hang out in the tent and take pics as they fixed the car.

This is the start of the Champ Car race from the roof of the Hilton.

was it the red and yellow civic? if so that is pete bovenberg (SP) i have never seen him online, but he live in cambell and im pretty sure he owns a body shop there

 

I beleive it came from the red and yellow Civic, yes.
When I was wandering around the track Saturday night, I picked it up. I left the rest of the headlight bits there, though.
It looked like a Ronald McDonald car!

Ya at one time i had alot of money laying around, now i have it all in a car that i can drive on the track, try it some time.
