just put some 16" on my car, and know they are toed in. is it possible to have an alignment with stock? how so if you cant adjust them?? anyway, i found a tire shop that sells no name brand for $40 ea. wich is pretty cheap. any better deals than that???
yes, you are confused.

the myth that camber creates tire wear when lowering is wrong. its the change in toe that causes the uneven tire wear. toe is corrected by an alignment. negative camber is beneficial to handling, especially when lowered.
the difference of a cambered tire is that the tire is moving along the direction of motion relative to the street. theres no more friction than rolling resistance. plus, a tire will flatten out at the contact patch. a badly toed tire is forcing the tire to move against the motion relative to the street, like its constantly turning.
