4 x 114.3 is lug pattern not offset.
Make sure you get the right offset or the wheels won't fit well and won't look good.

They should fit without problems unless you radically drop the suspension.
General Kenobi is refering to your Bolt Patern specs :
Four (4) Bolts spaced 114.3mm apart
An "offset" spec, if quoted, specifies any deviation from the stock (oem) orientation of the wheel center section (where your lug nuts go) and the front bead face of the wheel. In effect a Positive offset moves the tire/rim furthur out and a negative offset moves the tire/rim furthur into the wheel well.
