JUN type-2R + other parts total price

JUN type-2R + other parts total price
for the h22a in my 01 lude looks like JUN type-2R are the cams ill be putting in my car but im close to ordering everything and the kit comes with the JUN type-2 retainers, how much will new valves + remap/new JUN's ECU that are designed for use with their cams + JUN valvesprings. the price i found for the type2R cams + retainers (package) comes at a lil over $2k. i just cant find what all these other parts + tuning will get me to. if u could add tuning costs as well, i wanna do it all before i do anything to avoid any unneeded damage to my engine

so y is it all a waste of money? wont it make some serious hp while not causing nearly as much stress as FI applications?

why a waste of money? because every engine is different and u can get alot better stuff for cheaper.. get a custom ground cams for like 7-800 .. 250 for springs n retainers.. then like the cost of hondata, neptune, whtever u want..oh and some bigger injectors

the jun type 2's are no slouch.
i say get them and run them.
there are very few here who have experience with them, so the rest are just taking guesses.
