Tires
Well why in the name of god you'd want high sidewall on your tires is beyond me... but yes. 185/65s will be fine, but if you go to a 205 you should drop the profile down to a 55 and not go larger.
there are some tire size calculators out there. Do a search.
If you get tires that are too large or too small you will mess up your speedometer and odometer.

If you go to tirerack.com they have tire diameters of the most popular tires. maybe you can find something close to the same diameter as the original tires. Some tires that are the same size have different diameters. Hope this helps.
A 205/60x15 tire works out to within 1/2 inch of the original rolling diameter of the smaller tires and works very well in maintaining good suspension control and speedo accuracy. Other sizes that would work are:
215/60x15
205/55x16, 215/55/16 (Plus 1 rim/tire (first oversized rim))
and
205/50x17 (Plus 2 rim/tire (second oversized rim)
The trick is to maintain aproximately the same tire diameter while selecting the rim diameter/tire sidewall proportions you want.
