Default Battery/Intake quest.

I am buying an ef with b16 in it. It has a for the usdm motor and the guy said he didn't put the right intake in cuz he would have to move the battery to make it fit. Can I get away with a smaller lightweight battery to get the clearance I need? or should I move the existing battery?

I'd move it. Give you lots more room in the bay and inch you closer (although not by much) to that ideal 50/50 balance.
